When faced with fragmented tooling and inconsistent delivery processes, I led cross-functional alignment and implemented standardized automation frameworks that reduced operational friction and enabled faster, more reliable releases.

Previously, I architected and operated large-scale hybrid cloud environments across AWS and Azure, led Kubernetes-based platform operations supporting complex microservices ecosystems, and drove Infrastructure-as-Code adoption using Terraform — strengthening scalability, security posture, and system resilience.
